Troen på kartet representerer en systematisk tro på at dette er et urokkelig representativt avtrykk – en objektiv måling av land. Men historien om kartet er like mye en historie om hvem som har makt til å skildre, og vise noe og er gjennomsyret av spesielle synspunkter holdninger og makt. Nordpolen sies å være et terra nullius, men den siste tiden har den geopolitiske spenningen økt.
Håndbundet clamshell bok som inneholder kort med korte tekster på baksiden. Kortene viser et silketrykk fra der Nordpolen begynner rett ovenfor Grønland. Tekstene på baksiden utgjør en slags cut-up historie der klimaendringer, smeltende poler og ulike geopolitiske problemstillinger som skjer i det stadig mer konfliktfylte området, sammenblandet med andre utsagn. Publikum kan ta med seg kort gratis. Verket har forsvunnet under utstillingen.
